2. One existing 1.2km recently (Dec19) re tar road from JKR office (about 600m) and (700m) sandy earth road access to the land site. Normal saloon car can access this 1.3km semi tar road
Second earth road access (about 550m) from Taman Sri Damai housing estate to the land site. The earth road had been not maintain regularly, so a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended for this earth road.

4. TNB electricity is available. LAP Water supply can be connected from neighbor piping (about 200m). Most tel-co hp signals are available.
