Job Description
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support for POS and AIDC-related hardware, ensuring smooth operations for our clients. The role involves onsite installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices such as printers, scanners, and mobile computers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for POS hardware, AIDC products, and related devices.
- Perform onsite installation and setup of hardware, including configuring software and drivers.
- Repair and troubleshoot devices such as printers, scanners, and mobile computers.
- Respond to service issues and customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of technical issues.
