WE'RE HIRING – TECHNICIAN (Electrical & Building Maintenance)

📍 Location: ICT Digital Mall @ KOMTAR, Penang

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Technician to join our maintenance team. If you are passionate about building maintenance, enjoy troubleshooting, and take pride in keeping facilities operating safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
Carry out daily maintenance and operational duties for the mall.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, lighting, and mechanical faults.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

Assist in renovation, upgrading, and construction works when required.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and operational standards.
Maintain maintenance records and report any issues to the Management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements
Age between 21 and 50 years old.
Certificate in Electrical, Electrical Installation, or a related field.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Able to work independently, responsible, and a good team player.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or attend emergency call-outs when necessary.
Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
