Basically, all furniture styling is the same in The Meg
You just need to decide on the view you wanted
And the price to enter, Cheap = Smaller units, Expensive = Bigger ones
The Meg is located further inwards Andaman Island
So views might be blocked when the island gets developed
Stacks 16-20 of Block B have secured seaview now
As they will only be partially blocked by Avea
Stacks 1-5 view already blocked by Arica
Stacks 6-15 face future affordable housing (can see piling now)
IMPORTANT: Stack 18 is the only small sized layout for cheaper entry

Why buy The Meg:
Most obvious reason, it is the only building ready to stay now
Another project in Andaman Island with small layout is Avea
Avea will only be ready in 2030, price starting 700k
Small layout in Avea with no view, already asking for RM1035 PSF
So, buy if you are looking for immediate move in
Buy if you feel The Meg is priced reasonably (cheaper than Avea)
Buy if you think The Meg’s price will appreciate as Andaman develops
As for me, I am selling because I have another unit in Avea
