However, it is a tough job requiring high emotional resilience,, long hours, intense marketing costs, and dealing with unpredictable income. Success demands constant networking, marketing skills, and navigating high-pressure client demands. 

It is considered “easy” Low Barrier to Entry to start a tough career due to the following:-
1. Accessible Entry: Almost any SPM or equivalenet holder can get a license to start. You do NOT typically require a specialized corporate degree.
2. Flexibility: Agents can often set their own hours and work flexible schedules.
3. High Earning Potential: High commissions can lead to significant income, especially in booming markets. 



REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT
A Real Estate Negotiator (REN)
ROLE
• is a person employed by a registered Estate Agent to assist in the practice of real estate agency.
• acts as a link between buyers and sellers, facilitating property transactions
Key Responsibilities:
• is responsible for arranging and conducting property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Plays a crucial role in negotiating prices and terms, and communicating effectively between parties involved in a transaction.
• RENs may assist in researching property market conditions and conducting preliminary appraisals.
• work under the direct supervision of a registered REA, assisting in various aspects of the agency's operations.
• promote properties for sale or lease to potential clients.


Qualifications :
• Minimum 18 years old, REN Tag, Previous Employment Letter
• Must be independent, possess Negotiator Certification Course Certificate, Minimum qualification - SPM or equivalent.
• Must be result orientated, committed and wiling to work hard
• Full time, have own car,
• Employed on contract and commission basis only.
• You can be located anywhere but to Report to Subang Jaya office for meetings, trainings, briefings, etc

• Commission Structure: work on a commission basis, which is a percentage of the property transaction value.
• New Ren commission ranges from RM2,000 to RM6,000 per month, with an average around RM3,500, but this can vary based on experience, performance, and location.
