2011/2012 Kawasaki ER-6n CBU ER6 Ninja 650

Letting go of my beloved ER6n CBU manufacture 2011 reg 2012
Im the second owner, first owner has sold it to me after he got a new car and the bike is underultilized.
I have decided this bike cannot serve any purpose for me as well since I have 3 cars already, I have parked this bike more than I rode it since I purchased it.
Valve replacement has been done by previous owner in 2023 @ 43k mileage, so the valve clearance is still ok as the current mileage sits at 69k (rising slowly).
I have done an engine oil + filter replacement on 28 June 2026, new plugs and air filter, serviced the throttle body, new rear brake pads, all done and rode no more than 100km since.
It has a tidy tail and a Sc project slip on, I still have the original exhaust.
Bike has no immediate need for a repair or service, front and rear tyres still has life left on them, Buy n ride condition.
This bike is parked at sheltered parking all the time.
