【36mm 1971 King Seiko 45-7001 45KS Gold Cap Hi-Beat 36000bph Manual Winding Watch Only】

This is a King Seiko 45-7001, featuring the legendary manual-wind Caliber 4502A, beating at 36,000 bph.
The clean white dial is paired with razor-sharp indices and dauphine hands, enclosed in a gold-tone case (likely cap gold). Produced by Daini Seikosha around 1971, it reflects the brand’s high-end aspirations pre-Grand Seiko consolidation.
Caseback sports the gold medallion, and movement is hand-winding only — no rotor.
The 45 series movement was so well-engineered that Seiko later used it as the base for early Grand Seiko V.F.A. models, regarded as some of the most accurate mechanical watches Seiko ever made. It’s also one of the few high-beat manual-wind calibers Seiko ever produced — most high-beat calibers are automatic.
