A double storey terrace house is well maintained clean and neatly . Where the living room and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with air-cond. units and ceiling fans. Two rooms are comfortable with queen beds and one with dual single beds, as two bathrooms attached . And all bathroom equips with water heater.

This House is completed furnish c/w very clean and perfect environment for your short stay or weekend gateway for KL.

Living room is equipped with TV and Astro, Sofa and shoe rack. The kitchen/dining room is completed with ceiling fan, stove, microwave, 4 seat round dining table, rice cooker, washing machine, cooking utensil, fridge and kitchen cabinet. A hair dryer, an iron and board are also provided.

This house strategically located 15 minutes walk to Wangsa Maju LRT Station / Sri Rampai LRT Station in which you're able take the train down to KL City Centres including KLCC, KL Central etc.
It's also located closed some Shopping outlets such as Aeon(alpha Angle), Aeon Big and Wangsa-Walk. and a little further to Giant Supermarket and Central Setapak. About 15 mins to Zoo Negara and Tar university college. 30 mins drive to Batu caves.
As matter of fact, it's located nearly most of the housing gardens including Setiawangsa, Setapak area, Gombak area, Wanngsa Maju, Air Panas area as well Taman Melawati.

Indeed this is good ideal for a family KL gateway, Backpakers,and Business trip. Not to mention for those to visit relatives.

Renting rate per night as below:
1 night = RM 280
2 night and above = RM 250
5 night and above = RM 200

Check-in and Check-out : 3pm and 12.pm noon respectively
Deposit for booking will be RM 100 (non-refundable) and the balance will be settle during check-in time.
