Job Description
1. Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations activities
2. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
3. Good in filling, scanning and store the documents.
4. Able to perform teamwork and multitask.
5. In charge of general administrative duties such as forms preparation, documents/record compilation and filing, etc.
6. Checking and recording the accuracy of Invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders plus preparing Payment Vouchers for Finance Department.
7. Maintaining general office files, including job files, supplier files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
8. Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
9. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
