MAIN JOB SCOPE : GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -Check email from time to time -Print document & consignment note -Data entry - Prepare and submit invoices (based on PO/JO) - Assist with general office administration (filing, correspondence, etc.) - Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

REQUIREMENTS : -Basic computer knowledge & Microsoft Office -Basic knowledge in the accounting field -Experience in using accounting system (SQL & others) -Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage, but not compulsory) -Fast learner / Willing to learn -Able to follow instructions and good working attitude
