Job Description
-Facilitating sales process by preparing quotations.
-Processing Purchase Orders (PO) by issuing out Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.
-Generating reports and statement of account.
-Supervise the store keeper for packing & making delivery arrangement.
-Monitor accuracy of delivery item & shipping labels.
-Perform all other duties, activities or responsibilities assigned from time to time.
-Minimum diploma holder with at least 3 to 5 years working experience.
-Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel. Familiar in Auto Count software is an added advantage.
-5 days working (Mon to Friday from 8.45 am to 5.45 pm).
-Office located at Taman Samudra, Batu Caves.
