Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate project, sales, procurement, logistics, and inventory activities.
* Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and related documents.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor deliveries, stock, and project progress.
* Follow up on payments and maintain proper records.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
* Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Positive attitude, responsible, and self-motivated.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
