Job Description

Memastikan semua urusan pentadbiran harian berjalan lancar, tersusun, dan tepat — supaya team lain boleh fokus pada kerja yang lebih kritikal.



Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Documentation
• Urus filing (softcopy & hardcopy) dengan sistematik
• Sediakan & urus surat menyurat (letter, memo, basic document)
• Key-in data ke dalam sistem / spreadsheet
• Maintain rekod dokumen syarikat dengan kemas & up-to-date



2. Finance Support (Basic)
• Rekod transaksi harian (income & expense)
• Sediakan invoice & receipt
• Urus pembayaran (vendor / bil / utilities)
• Simpan rekod kewangan asas dengan teratur



3. Payment & Banking
• Urus deposit / withdrawal / transfer
• Pergi bank bila perlu
• Pastikan semua bayaran dibuat tepat pada masa



4. Office Operations Support
• Pastikan keperluan pejabat mencukupi (stationery, etc.)
• Order barang bila perlu
• Coordinate dengan supplier untuk urusan basic



5. Compliance & Renewal (Execution Only)
• Monitor tarikh tamat lesen / permit
• Prepare dokumen untuk renewal
• Follow instruction untuk submission (bukan buat keputusan)



6. Basic Coordination
• Follow up simple task (contoh: payment pending, document belum hantar)
• Communicate dengan pihak berkaitan untuk urusan admin sahaja



7. Reporting (Basic)
• Update report harian / mingguan (collection, expense)
• Maintain rekod dalam Google Sheet / sistem
