Part time RM500- RM3500 permonth
Fulltime RM4,500 - RM17,000 per month

Required Qualifications:

#Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
#Have an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in the fields of finance & takaful.
#Have a neat appearance, discipline and high confidence.
#Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, marketing or customer service is an advantage (but training will be provided).
#Having a driving license and own vehicle is encouraged.

Main Responsibilities:

*Provide professional advice to customers on takaful protection plans that suit their needs and budget.

*Develop long-term relationships with customers and maintain quality follow-up services.

*Conduct face-to-face or online consultation sessions.

Promote AIA takaful products and plans ethically and in compliance with company guidelines.

*Prepare and present protection plans to prospects with confidence and clarity.

*Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

*Participate in self-development training and workshops to improve product knowledge and marketing skills.

*Write copywriting and develop creative marketing campaigns on social media to attract new customers.
