Above rate included complimentary WIFI
10 times housekeeping per month
Electricity & Water Bill Excluded, bear by tenant on monthly basis
Minimum 1 Month Security Deposit
AMI Management will collect 1 month full rental 1 month security deposit once move in date confirms.
Each renewal month tenant to provide full payment at least 3 Days prior renewal
Monthly rate will be revised from time to time upon receiving notification from management.
