An old, large and heavy solid brass/steel Soviet Russian (Hammer & Sickle symbol) field or bunker periscope which could be a WWII relic
Please refer images for other markings
Good physical condition except for a small dent on top as per image
View is very cloudy as internal prism/lens are dirty and with fungus growth
Will need an overhaul to put it to good use
By itself, a great decor nevertheless
All knobs/levers still works except one of the focusing eyepiece which is jammed
