Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the OCS Manager in the coordination and execution of Odour Control System (OCS) and environmental engineering projects, with practical exposure covering project planning, equipment installation, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and site activities.


Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the OCS Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of OCS and related environmental engineering projects.
• Assist in project preparation, equipment selection, drawings, documentation and coordination of project requirements.
• Coordinate with the workshop, site team, suppliers, contractors and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of OCS equipment and systems.
• Monitor project progress, materials and work carried out at project sites.
• Prepare and maintain relevant project documentation, site reports, testing records and other technical information.
• Attend project sites for inspection, installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing and other project activities when required.
• Provide technical and project support to the OCS Manager and project team.
• Carry out other engineering and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
• Candidates with experience in environmental engineering, mechanical equipment, piping, fabrication, installation or project/site work will have an added advantage.
• Exposure to Odour Control Systems (OCS), sewerage treatment plants, wastewater treatment or environmental engineering will be an added advantage but is not essential.
• Basic ability to understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software will be an added advantage.
• Resourceful, responsible, hands-on and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills and able to work effectively as part of a project team.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
•Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred.
