β Candidate must possess at least a STPM / Diploma or equivalent. Min. 2 years experience. β Assist in resolving workers (Local and Foreign) complaints, and disciplinary issues at work/hostel and providing counseling. β Experienced in hiring local workers, especially in rural areas. β Hostel Management. β Transport Management. β Support the operation team in preparation for recruitment as and when required. β Administration of all other aspects of HR and administrative matters β Good teamwork and good communication skills. β Possess strong interpersonal & leadership, good oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia. β Discipline, responsible, working overtime, self-reliant, Supervision. β Able to work extra hours, possess own transport & willing to travel. β Age 23 until 35 years.
