Job Description
An HR Executive is responsible for managing employee-related matters and supporting daily Human Resources operations in a company.
Main Responsibilities
1)Handle recruitment and hiring process for Post job advertisements, Arrange interviews, Prepare offer letters
2) Manage employee records and documentation for Staff personal files, Attendance records, Leave records
3) Employment contracts for Process payroll and staff claims, OT calculation
Allowances, EPF, SOCSO, EIS submissions
4) Handle onboarding and resignation process for New staff orientation, Exit clearance, Resignation documentation
5) Monitor staff discipline and performance for Warning letters, Show cause letters, Performance tracking
6) Ensure compliance with labor laws for Follow JTK regulations, Maintain company HR policies
7) Handle staff benefits and welfare for Medical claims, Insurance, Staff engagement activities
8) Support management in HR administration for Prepare reports, Maintain HR database, Coordinate training
