Common Issue:
-The 'T' letter on built-in keyboard won't register (Hardware fault), required an external keyboard (Free USB Keyboard)

-Type C not working properly (Factory fault)

- fingerprint scanner unusable (no driver installed)

- Becoming hot when using due to model's limited ventilation (recommend to use a laptop cooling fan, or using in an air-conditioned room)

- Battery probably defective, not working probably. Need to use AC charger most time.

- Connect an AC Charger Adapter first before turning it On.
