Broken 40" Toshiba TV with remote control.

Potential problem:
LED Display black out or fuse of display blown out.
Yesterday watched 5TV still OK. Suddenly no display, but still have audio.
Using remote control to turn off and on, still observe on-off LED still function (Red - Off and Green - On). But the LED display can't power up.
