Building Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma / degree in Property Management or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Property Management.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building/facilities management is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong report writing and presentation abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Chinese dialects is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and capable of critical thinking and problem-solving.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team.
Proficiency in computer applications.
