Job Description
1. Ensure all building services and facilities are running smoothly
Monitor the day-to-day functioning of lighting, water, elevators, and other essential systems.
2. Monitor performance of service providers their staff
Supervise third-party contractors (cleaners, security, maintenance) and in-house staff to ensure quality service delivery.
3. Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance (Lifts, utilities, etc.)
Plan routine checks and servicing to minimize breakdowns and extend the lifespan of building equipment.
4. Conduct daily inspections of the premises
Perform scheduled and unscheduled walkthroughs to identify hazards, defects, or maintenance needs.
5. Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly
Respond quickly to breakdowns, leaks, or other urgent matters and coordinate with relevant contractors.
6. Monitor security operations and personnel
Oversee security staff schedules, performance, and coverage to ensure proper protection of the premises.
7. Ensure all safety systems (CCTV, alarms, fire equipment) are functional
Regularly test and maintain fire extinguishers, emergency exits, CCTV, alarms, and other life-safety systems.
