Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Business Development Executive to support business growth initiatives, client engagement activities, and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation capabilities, and the ability to prepare professional business materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare professional presentation decks, proposals, and reports using PowerPoint and AI tools.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in business development activities, including market research and identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting materials and support management in business presentations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Communication or related fields.
• Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Professional, confident, and presentable when attending meetings.
