Marketing Assistant Manager (Retail & Social Media)

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant Manager to support our retail marketing activities and grow our brand through social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional posts.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and retail promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales team, designers, and influencers.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail or digital marketing.
- Strong social media and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Canva/CapCut is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, proactive, creative, and organized.
