- Monitor and manage daily operations of the car park.
- Guide and direct vehicles to ensure smooth traffic flow and proper parking.
- Assist customers with parking enquiries, payment issues, and general assistance.
- Attend to season parking matters and basic access card issues where required.
- Monitor entry and exit lanes to ensure parking equipment is functioning properly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for parking machines, barriers, and intercom systems.
- Ensure the car park premises, equipment, and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Support traffic control during peak periods, events, or emergencies.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
