*Show and explain products to customers.
*Handle sales, registrations, and basic admin work at the outlet.
*Talk to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
*Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually attractive.
*Answer customer questions clearly and professionally.
*Provide good service to ensure customer satisfaction and high NPS.
*Handle customer complaints quickly and effectively.
*Join events or sales activities (e.g. product launches).
*Share feedback with the manager to improve operations.
*Ensure all transactions and records are accurate.
*Follow company policies and perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
