HOW TO CONSUME PSYLLIUM HUSK:

Mix about 1 teaspoon (around 3–5 g) into at least 250–300 ml of water, juice, or another drink. Stir well and drink straight away before it becomes too thick. Follow with another glass of water. Keep drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day. You can take this once daily.
