Circa 1957 / Late Fifties Hofner Model 450 Archtop

Here's a very good and all original 1957 / late fifties Hofner Model 450 Archtop Electric Acoustic guitar in original tobacco sunburst finish.

16" wide at lower bout of body. Trapeze tailpiece with Hofner logo visible on lower bout of the body near the 'F' hole. Venetian cutaway provides easy access to upper registers of the frets. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard.

Triple dot fingerboard markers with zero fret. Fascia less headstock as opposed to ones with logo later on.

Floating Hofner Type 503 pickup circa 1957 or later.

Guitar sounds warm and clear through the stock pickup. Acoustically, it's loud and balanced at the same time.

Comes with its all original green plush interior OHSC as shown.
