Concrete Lab Technician (QA/QC)

~ Observe & inspect all incoming raw materials (i.e. aggregates, cement powder, admixtures etc)
~Perform concrete cubes and slump testing
~Record all the cubes details (i.e. grades, customer’s name, formation date & crushing date @ 7, 14 & 28 days)
~Put concrete cubes into water pond for curing purpose
~Remind client at least 2 days in advance to witness cubes result.
~Records & reports results after testing
~Continuously monitor the performance for all concrete grades based on test results
~Check slump measurement on site for every trip, and adjust by taking into account the delivery distance
~Communicate with office admin to store all the records for analysis purpose
~Actively supports laboratory certification/accreditations and renewals.
~Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
