Contract Site Supervisor

Your scope of work will include, but is not limited to
▪ Supervise construction site activities (focusing on bungalow construction site) and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
▪ Coordinate and schedule labour, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines and transport equipment, tools, and materials to the work site.
▪ Communicate with project managers, architects/designers and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
▪ Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates.
▪ Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports.
▪ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction in coordination with the Project Manager
