-Document Drafting & Review: Drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for both sub-sale and developer projects, as well as loan documentation for conventional and Islamic financing.

-File Management: Managing conveyancing files independently, including handling perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, and receipt and reassignment.

-Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating and coordinating with clients, government authorities like the Land Office and LHDN (Inland Revenue Board).

-Due Diligence: Performing land and insolvency searches (e.g., bankruptcy or winding-up) to verify ownership and the legal standing of parties involved.

-Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all transactions meet legal obligations, including applying for state authority consents and managing Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT) filings.
