About the role:
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — responding to new leads, managing appointments, and keeping everything organised in our CRM. If you're someone who replies fast, stays on top of follow-ups, and doesn't let things slip through the cracks, this role is for you.
What you'll do daily:
Lead handling
-Greet incoming leads, qualify their needs, provide estimates, and book appointments
Appointment management
-Check and confirm today's appointments, coordinate scheduling with the sales team, send reminders
CRM & follow-ups
-Update CRM with new, ongoing, and closed cases; follow up with quiet leads; maintain customer contact database
Complaints & defects
-Handle pending complaints or defect cases promptly and professionally
-Daily reporting
-Log daily activity and outcomes in a structured end-of-day report
