Packing and preparing customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently

Providing excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone, and responding to customer enquiries professionally

Managing e-commerce platforms, including product listings, processing online orders, and updating product information

Hosting short LIVE sessions when needed on TikTok, Shopee, and other social media platforms to showcase products, engage with customers, and drive sales

Performing general administrative tasks and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the store

You must be:

Organized and proactive

Enjoy customer interaction

Confident speaking in front of a camera

Experience in TikTok LIVE, online sales, or retail is an advantage
