【Main Entrance Ground Floor Corner Unit】@ Edelweiss SOFO & Serviced Residences, Tropicana Gardens, Kota Damansara

Size: 1,214 sf | Ground Floor | Corner Unit
Asking Rental: RM11,000/month

Why this unit works:

✅ First unit at Main Entrance 1 — this is the very first shopfront customers see the moment they walk in. You are not fighting for attention; you are the attention.

✅ Corner lot with wide frontage — dual exposure for signage and display windows. Ideal for a brand that wants to be seen, not found.

✅ Directly below Edelweiss SOFO & Serviced Residences — a built-in, captive catchment of residents and SOFO office tenants using this entrance every single day, on top of normal mall traffic.

✅ Inside Tropicana Gardens Mall, linked to MRT Surian — steady daily footfall from MRT commuters, mall shoppers and office crowd.

✅ Strong neighbouring tenants — MyNEWS, 7-Eleven, 24-hour clinic and the residential lift lobbies are all along the same stretch, feeding traffic past your door.

✅ Kota Damansara / Tropicana address — one of Klang Valley's most established high-income neighbourhoods, surrounded by Tropicana Indah, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Sunway Giza, Segi University and Thomson Hospital.

Suitable for: F&B / café / bubble tea, bakery, pharmacy, dental or specialist clinic, Optical, Beauty & Wellness, nail & hair salon, enrichment centre, service retail.
