🌿 FULLY RENOVATED RIVERSIDE SEMI-D
Riverview Kemensah, Taman Melawati
Resort-Style Living by the River — Yet Minutes from KL

PRICE REDUCED: RM2.3 MILLION → RM2.0 MILLION

Not Just a Home. A Rare Riverside Lifestyle.

Imagine waking up to the gentle sound of flowing water, surrounded by mature greenery, fresh air and the tranquillity of nature — while still being just minutes away from Kuala Lumpur.

This is Riverview Kemensah — an exclusive, low-density riverside enclave with only 87 homes.
You are not simply buying another semi-detached house in a crowded township.
You are buying space, privacy, nature and a lifestyle that is becoming increasingly difficult to find so close to KL.

✨ WHY THIS HOME IS DIFFERENT

🌊 RARE RIVERSIDE SETTING
Enjoy a truly distinctive environment with a private 650m Riverwalk, lush greenery and the calming presence of the river. It feels more like a private resort retreat than a conventional urban neighbourhood.

🏡 FULLY RENOVATED & MOVE-IN READY
Thoughtfully renovated and well maintained, with an approximately 240 sq ft kitchen extension, modern finishes, improved functionality and generous natural light and ventilation.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 GENEROUS SPACE FOR FAMILY LIVING
Approximately 4,800 sq ft built-up on a 3,200 sq ft freehold land, providing 5+1 bedrooms and 6+1 bathrooms — ideal for a large family, multi-generational living or those who simply value space.

🌿 PEACEFUL, PRIVATE & LOW DENSITY
A gated and guarded enclave where privacy and tranquillity are part of the lifestyle. Few locations this close to KL can offer this combination of space + greenery + river + low density.

💎 VALUE THAT IS HARD TO REPLICATE
At RM2.0 million, you are not only buying the existing house. You are buying the land, location, completed renovation and an established riverside environment.

Try finding the land, building a comparable 4,800 sq ft home and fully renovating it to this standard today — the replacement cost would likely be considerably higher.

🔥 WHY YOU SHOULD VIEW THIS HOME
Properties can be renovated.
Houses can be rebuilt.
But you cannot easily recreate the location, land, river, greenery and established environment.

Fully renovated homes in Riverview Kemensah are rarely available.
And when one becomes available, it is not simply about the price per square foot.
It is about whether you can find another one.

💰 NOW RM2.0 MILLION
Previously RM2.3 Million
A rare opportunity to own a fully renovated, spacious freehold riverside semi-D in one of the area's more exclusive low-density enclaves.

📞 PRIVATE VIEWING
Don't judge this property from photographs alone.
Come and experience the difference personally — walk along the river, feel the breeze, see the greenery and experience the tranquillity.
Because some properties are bought with numbers.

This one is understood when you experience the lifestyle.
Serious buyers are invited to arrange a private viewing.
