Electronic Technician

ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN
Join Valtech as an Electronic Technician! You will gain hands-on experience in product testing, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and servicing.

Training will be provided to help you develop strong technical knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality control inspections and testing on Valtech products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving products and installations.
- Carry out product installation, testing, maintenance, and servicing as required.
- Conduct site visits to provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Provide prompt and professional technical assistance to customers.
- Prepare service reports and document technical issues and solutions.
- Develop technical knowledge and proficiency in Valtech products through company-provided training.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer technical issues are resolved efficiently.
- Perform other technical duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technician or in a relevant technical position.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner, hardworking, responsible, and committed to work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Willing to travel and visit project sites when required.
- Possess own transportation.
- Possess a valid D and B2 driving licence.
- Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
