Temperature
High:. The temperature is around 95-99℃ and it take 4-6 hours in most meat and vegetable cooking.
Low: The temerature is around 90-95℃ and it need take 8-10 hours in most meat and vegetable cooking.
Auto: working on HIGH for about 3-4 hours frist, then switch to LOW to maintain a constant cooking temperature.

I used twice before. Too busy working, seldom cooking at home.
