📋  HOUSE RULES

✔   Keep common areas ( toilet and kitchen ) clean.

✔   No unauthorised drilling / screwing or alteration of walls.

✔   No illegal activities. No unauthorised overnight guests.

✔   Silent after 9 pm. and turn off water and electricity after use.

✔   More details in the full tenancy agreement and notice in the house.

🛏️  Room Reservation Policy

✔   Rooms can only be reserved for a maximum of 1 month before the agreed move-in date, subject to availability.

✔   For move-in dates more than 1 month in advance, we are unable to hold the room and will continue offering it to other students.

✔   Earlier move-in dates will be given priority.
