Job’s Description:-

•	Inspect and rectify any unsafe conditions at the construction site.
•	To ensure all site activities, procedure, processes are implemented and enforced according to ISO 45001:2018 and other related legal requirements.
•	To ensure the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System at site in accordance to the ISO 45001:2018 standard.
•	To supervise all HSE issue at site.
•	Plan, coordinate and conduct toolbox meeting, HSE activities and program at site.
•	Conduct safety induction and safety briefing to site personnel.
•	Undertake all other HSE related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
•	Must be willing to travel, relocate and stay at site until project completion.

Occupational Safety & Health Personnel

This position is strictly for candidate with electrical background and have project management experience.

• Understands contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;
• Attends project kick-off meetings, ongoing meetings and project meetings with clients, consultants, and other parties;
• Assist site mobilization, work sequential execution, master program; • Planning, organizing, and carrying out project management activities to ensure smooth project execution to achieve the cost, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction objectives; 
• Ensure that safety procedures based on ISO 45001:2018 are incorporated in all project management activities  
• Ensure the documentation and record of the project are following the procedures set out in ISO 9001:2015 
• Ensure project milestones through close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift resolution of issues; 
• Ensure effective compliance of contractual terms and the full final settlement of project accounts; 
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other specialized professionals involved in the project, both outside and within the organization 
• Ensure that risk management is considered in all project management activities;  
• Work closely alongside Project Manager and Project Director;

Project Engineer – Solar

1. Coordinate and ensure MFRS compliant management accounting reports are prepared on a timely basis. The reports include the following: 
• Monthly Management Report 
• Other analysis
2. Monitor, coordinate and preparation of annual budget and forecast for the company. Compile, analyze and review budgets submitted by all relevant parties in the above companies.
3. Review statutory requirements and MFRS in detail and compile impact on accounts for the company businesses.
4. Responsible in company’s tax and assist in tax matters on a group basis e.g. tax planning.
5. Plan and strategize financial resources to support company’s operation
6. Build good rapport and communication with various parties e.g bankers, investors, tax agents and auditors
7. Providing operational support to the head of department and other operational personnel which also include insightful financial analysis and advice to senior management, supporting informed decision-making
8. Identify and implement improvements to business operations and internal controls, enhancing overall efficiency
