General Operator (Deburring & Packaging)

Job Responsibilities
• Deburr, file, and polish machined parts to remove sharp edges, flash, and burrs using hand tools.
• Clean, wash, and dry parts prior to packaging.
• Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure parts meet cosmetic standards and are free of scratches.
• Pack finished parts accurately according to Work Instructions and customer specifications.
• Verify part counts and attach correct labels, tags, and barcodes to packaging containers.
• Record daily production output and log completed jobs in the production
sheet.
• Report defective parts, tool damage, or materials shortages to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain deadliness and order in the deburring and packaging work area.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Support team members and complete assigned daily tasks on schedule.
