Graphic Designer (Sublimation T-Shirt)

Job Summary

As a T-Shirt Sublimation Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, on-brand, and high-quality designs for sublimation printing on custom apparel, primarily t-shirts. Your role will involve conceptualizing and designing artwork, preparing files for production, and collaborating with production team to ensure designs are effectively transferred to apparel, meeting both aesthetic and technical specifications.

Job Description

A. Design & Artwork Development
•Create original apparel and sublimation designs that align with brand identity and customer requirements.
•Develop custom artwork based on client or sales team specifications.
•Prepare and finalize all artwork and production templates for printing.

B. Print Preparation & Quality Control
•Prepare print-ready files with the correct size, layout, resolution, and colour profile.
•Perform quality checks on artwork, templates, sizes, quantities, colours, and customization details before production.
•Ensure all templates are promptly completed, accurate, and approved before printing.
•Troubleshoot artwork, colour, resolution, and file compatibility issues to prevent production errors.
•Monitor and perform quality check on production print quality, color consistency, alignment and finishing quality to make sure printed pieces are always accurate.

C. Client & Project Coordination
•Prepare design samples, proofs, and revisions for client approval.
•Manage design projects to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.

D. Continuous Improvement
•Keep up to date with design trends, sublimation techniques, and printing technology.

E. Digital Content Support
•Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media content.
