We are the authorised The Project 3 & OnerPro dealer for Klang Valley region focusing on Coating, PPF and Window Tint products.

We are currently hiring Indoor Admin & Sales to join us now at Icon City, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities include:
• More than 2 year working experience
• Responsible for the full set of accounts and monthly accounting reconciliation
• Responsible for data entry and maintaining proper filing system, ensuring all records are up to date and in proper order in day-to-day operation in accounting
• Responsible for inter-company billing and invoicing
• Responsible for banking-related matters: cheques, deposits, and online transactions
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent for accounts and tax purposes
• Responsible for administrative tasks like photocopying, arrangement and filling system, ensure office tools/equipment are working and well-maintained
• Perform admin-related duties and other adhoc duties as and when required
• Serve walk-in, car maintenance customers at the shop
• Independent, able to multitask and work within timeline
