Spacious built up area 1100sf offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, balcony and bedrooms. A detailed check in procedures will be provided to guests upon booking confirmation. We are having High Speed 100mb internet included. All our furnishing are NEW and carefully picked by our team to let our guests enjoy their stay in our unit. We also providing a high quality bed to ensure our guests have a very good night sleep.

Other things to note
- Deposit RM 500 will be required for long stay guests from 28 days and above.
- Long stay guests from 28 days and above only cover RM 250 electricity bills, if exceed more than RM 250 bill charges during the stay, Guests will need to pay the extra charges as consumption.
- Last Check in time is 10pm.
