3)Manpower planning by maintaining and updating manpower plan to align business growth
4) HR reporting monthly -average time to fill up vacancy, recruitment cost per employee
5) Counselling any problematic staff
6) Perform basic accounting entries , day to day transaction

HR & FINANCE officer

1)📌 Job Responsibilities:
* Agressive in recuitment local workers
* Assist in overall HR and administrative paperwork
* Coordinate with the operations team for worker arrangements
