    # Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
1) Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
2) Conducting market research on rival products.
3) Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
4) Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
5) To assist the team in executing marketing programs, launches, activities (roadshow) & PR events.
6) To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing budget.
7) To conduct market research and monitor competition activity.
8) Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material
9) Implement marketing strategies in compliance with corporate standards
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and events for Branding and own their implementation from idealization to execution
10) Assist in growing company sales via various digital channel such as Facebook, Lazada, Shopee etc
11) Conduct market research to establish customer trends and initial lead generation marketing actions
12) Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, offline lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, and much more
13) Measure and analyze marketing actions to report results and propose improvements based on analysis on Return of Marketing Investment (ROMI)
14) Support email campaigns and initiatives, assisting with the analysis of marketing data, including campaign response, conversion rates in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
15) Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, media and vendors
16) Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

1.Host daily live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok and facebook.
2.Present, showcase, and promote our products during live broadcasts.
3.Engage with the audience, offering expert advice and addressing questions in real-time.

5. Responsible for display, introduce, and promote the company's products on the TikTok and Facebook platform
6. Shoot various promotional streaming videos in conjunction with company account content.
7.Excellent content creation skills with strong writing abilities and visual design capabilities
8.Knowledge of current trends in digital video content, social media platforms, and online video distribution channels
9.Must be able to work without supervision and to arrive at best creative solution
10.Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, both written and spoken.
2. Candidates with skills in video production and editing are preferred.
3. A cheerful and engaging personality is essential, with comfort speaking on camera—no camera shyness!
4. Must be eager to learn, maintain a positive attitude, and work well under pressure.
