Job Description

1) End to end recruitment - manage full hiring cycle include letter offer issue ensure compliance with labour law
2) Local talent sourcing by utlising various source methods to attract malaysian candidates
3)Manpower planning by maintaining and updating manpower plan to align business growth
4) HR reporting monthly -average time to fill up vacancy, recruitment cost per employee
5) Counselling any problematic staff
6) Perform basic accounting entries , day to day transaction
