HTG XC810 mtb 26inch convert to hybrid setup

wheel (current hybrid setup): 26x1.50 for road use
frame : aluminium T6061
brake : mechanical non inner tube cable
drivetrain : 3x8 (24 speed). 3 dpn, 8 blkg
stem : fmxtra 10° 80/90mm (inverted)
condition :
bottom bracket : rust and make noises sometimes
3 speed crank : rust but work ✅
8 speed gear : rust but work ✅
chain : rust but work✅
rear derailleur : work but there was a problem when shifting from 6th speed to 7th speed. 8th speed to 7th speed still work.
front derailleur : work but need a little maintenance cuz it was a lil bit hard to shift to the 3rd crank.
headset : make some noises
suspension fork : need to service even it's still working.
brake pad : new rear brake✅ and standard front brake paired with two rust disc brake.
steerer tube : I've cut it off a lil bit to get the stem more lower.
rim : still balance
saddle : ripped
history :
I bought it in about 2 years ago and I just abonded it until it gets so many rust and I started to modified it a lil bit.
overall is working as well but doesn't means smooth.

you'll get another pair of wheel that is for trail with kenda outer. the size for this trail setup is 26x2.125.
the inner tube size is between 1.75-2.125
this is not an urgent sell. nego with logical mind. take it from my house.
