Inside Sales Executive (Upsell / Account Mgmt)

Pacwise is a digital B2B e-commerce distribution platform. We are expanding and looking for an **Inside Sales Executive (Upsell / Account Management)** to increase order value by supporting existing customers

Key Responsibilities

* Follow up on existing customer orders and **increase basket size (upsell/cross-sell)**
* Recommend suitable add-on items based on customer needs and purchase history
* Handle enquiries, confirm orders, and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse/delivery)
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide responsive service
* Update follow-up status and basic customer/order records

Requirements

* **Minimum 2 years** experience in customer service / inside sales / tele sales / e-commerce sales
* **Good communication & interpersonal skills**
* **Trilingual:** English + Chinese + Bahasa Malaysia
* Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
* B2B / office supplies experience is an advantage

* **Basic salary: RM3,800 – RM4,500**
* **Higher commission (based on upsell gross profit): RM2,000 – RM5,000+**
* **Monthly total income: RM6,000 – RM10,000+**
