Job Responsibilities
• Handle daily customer requests and order processing via email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Follow up with customers on order-related matters and provide effective solutions
• Attend to incoming calls and direct inquiries to the relevant departments
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Coordinate and manage customer inquiries and service requests
• Record and relay accurate messages promptly
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to various departments
• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in related sales activities
Job Requirements
• Malaysian only
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Additional languages will be an added advantage)
